Michal Stover brought an employment discrimination suit against the Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), arguing that HUD discriminated against her based on her race and religion, and that HUD retaliated against her for exercising her rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Â§ 2000e-3. The district court granted summary judgment to HUD on all claims; Stover appeals. Jurisdiction in this court is proper under 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1291, and we AFFIRM.
